Opt-in to join the NHS England and Improvement National COVID Agency Vaccination Platform

 

 

To support the NHS COVID Vaccination programme, NHS England and Improvement are offering all Lead Employers access to a single National Agency Workforce Platform.

The platform will facilitate a streamlined engagement process for Lead Employers with agencies on the Health Trust Europe (HTE) and NHS Workforce Alliance frameworks.

Implementation Process:

 

✔ Short Kick off and engagement session with Lead Employer stakeholders

✔ DPIA documentation to be agreed and signed with each Lead Employer

✔ A simple data collection exercise will be completed with each Lead Employer to gather all the configuration information that is required for setup

✔ Patchwork will complete all setup and configuration as part of the process, minimising time and effort for you

✔ Patchwork will deliver any required training and support to get you started and will be on hand throughout the duration of the programme

✔  Training and support will also be provided to all agencies who have opted-in
